Business Application Services
We implement and support cloud business applications for small and mid-size companies. A successful implementation needs a real understanding of your business process first, so our method starts with analysis and ends with support that lasts.
Our method
Five stages, in this order, every time.
Skipping any one of them is how ERP projects end up over budget, late, or quietly abandoned six months after go-live.
Functional analysis
A structured review of your current operations, supporting processes and future requirements, combined with a technical assessment of the systems you already run. It stops us recommending things that duplicate what you have, or changes that would block where you are going.
Project management
One plan, one owner, and a schedule with named client-side responsibilities. Most implementation delays are client-side decisions waiting on someone, so we make those visible from week one.
Data conversion
Chart of accounts, opening balances, item masters, customers, suppliers and history. Migrated, then reconciled against your existing records before anyone signs off. Bad opening data is the single most common reason a new ERP is distrusted.
Training
Role-based sessions for the people who use the system daily, taught in your process language rather than the software's. Plus a written runbook your team keeps.
Ongoing support
A named contact who knows your configuration, a defined response commitment, and the option of a retained block of days for the changes every business needs in its first year.
What it covers
Financials, supply chain and workforce in one system.
We have delivered tailor-made solutions on both on-premise and cloud platforms for businesses of every size, and we specialise in small and mid-size companies across multiple verticals.
The scope is usually the same shape: get the accounting right, get stock accurate, get the people processes off paper, then connect them so the reports mean something.
- Financial accounting, tax and bank reconciliation
- Inventory, warehousing and procurement
- Sales, CRM and customer billing
- HR, payroll and leave
- Projects, assets and helpdesk
Start with the questionnaire.
It takes about thirty minutes to complete and it is the fastest way to get a realistic scope and price rather than a range.
